Oh, Miss Carmy . . . I quite agree. There's something oddly alluring about tattered hemlines and feathered hair, isn't there? Rather feminine, despite being ragged; dainty despite being particularily hobo. I don't completely understand the reason for the charm, but I do acknowlege and adore what is there. Love it.
